Proverbs 24 13 Is The Bible’s Blueprint To Success (In Everything)!

If you say yes to any of the next 3 questions, Proverbs 24 13 has the answer to your problems.

Are you tired of the cycle of waking up, working all day, stressing at the end of the day, sleeping late, and then doing it all over again?

Would you like to stop saying, “This week will be different,” when you know deep down it’s going to go the same way as last week?

Would you like to know how to make even more money and have more time freedom to go with it?

Well, if you do, I’m going to drink some honey and then show you why its the key to unlimited money.

Don’t Fall For The Trap

That’s so good, so sweet. But if you had any thought like, “Ugh, that’s gross, why would you do that?” you’re trapped in the system. The system that’s actively taking you nowhere. In this post, I’m going to tell you why that is, how to escape, and why drinking honey is the key to unlimited money.

I’m going to read something from the Bible that will transform your life every day if you decide to let it. We live in a world where most people get programmed to think what’s good is bad and what’s bad is good. People get brainwashed—or I should say unbrainwashed—to believe the Bible is not helpful, but this book is the most helpful book ever.

This book has answers for every problem that you have, from mental to spiritual to physical or even social problems that you face.

Before I read something, I want to tell you something the Bible says because it sets up today’s article in a great way.

The Bible says,

“Riches and honour are with me [wisdom], durable riches and righteousness.”

When you act with wisdom, righteousness, and honour, long-lasting riches come with it. I want righteousness, honour, and long-lasting riches, so I want wisdom. This is what I do in everything I do. I act wisely so I can receive the rewards of wisdom. It’s like a game that’s rigged for those with wisdom to Win.

Wisdom is a magnet that attracts things and people to it.

If you think about some of the wealthiest people in the world, they apply wisdom and get the results of it. But let me tell you something about wisdom. Let me tell you two things about wisdom.

One, wisdom is doing the right thing. It’s skill.

The second thing is wisdom is actions, not only talk. So when you do the thing, you take the action, then the results come. I can tell you wisdom is a magnet for righteousness, honour, and riches, and that’s fine. But if I show you, it’s much more powerful.

Proverbs 24 13 Will transform Your Life

This is where the honey comes in. I’m going to read this passage in the Bible, and it will all make more sense. Proverbs 24 13 is one of the craziest verses in the Bible—or is it? It depends what your programming says.

It says in verse 13…

“My son, eat thou honey because [it is] good, and the honeycomb, [which is] sweet to thy taste…”

This isn’t a health video, although Proverbs 24 13 has good health advice. That’s wise health advice.

Eat honey, eat things that are good and sweet, you will get a reward.

But there’s a reason why he says eat honey beyond it tasting good or being good for you. Listen to what he says in the next verse. This is why Solomon, the wisest man to ever live, wants his son to drink honey…

So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul; when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off.”

When you drink honey and taste it, you will feel and know how wisdom should feel, deep down in your soul. That good feeling will drive you to pursue wisdom if you let it.

That tingling feeling on your tongue that wants you to drink more is what wisdom should feel like to your soul. Proverbs 24 13 makes you realise, you should desire more wisdom daily, and when you find it, there’s a reward waiting for you, and the things you are doing will not get destroyed.

This is why everything I do must be done in wisdom because I win, you win. That’s why we are winners. This is exactly what I show you in my Win With The Word Challenge.

The System Promotes The Opposite

You see, most people think drinking honey like Proverbs 24 13 says would be crazy. That’s because most people get their programming from the system. This is a system by the way, programming you to be poor in many ways. (Read this for one example). But most people drink more worthless honey before 12pm and think that’s normal.

Israel, what are you talking about?

The system actively taking you nowhere has people believing good honey is weird. Then at the same time drinking bad honey in drinks, cereals, fast foods, donuts—you name it—is good. And they program people to give it to their children.

The system’s programmed people to think bad honey, bad sweeteners like sugar are good to eat. So if someone says eat good honey, drinking this kind of honey is the key to unlimited money, people think I’m crazy until they do it.

Because what would happen if your pursuit of wisdom was like the sweet taste of drinking this honey? Would you have access to more money or less? You would have more.

Being Wealthy Is Not Sinful, It Should Be The Norm

If wisdom is a magnet for righteousness, you don’t have to be broke to be a Christian. Stop believing the programming from the system that Christians cannot be wealthy. Or only charlatans in the church are wealthy. That’s what the Devil wants us to believe. This is why he places bad characters in these positions.

For years I was scared to even ask for support in ministry. All because I was afraid to be lumped in with the “prosperity preachers“.

I’ve spoken to ministers over the years with those same fears. But enough is enough. I’d rather teach the Bible faithfully and be branded falsely, than let the Devil rob from me another day.

God is not poor, the Devil is. It’s time we start acting like it. Let me tell you what I mean by that.

Wealth Is Godly

Wisdom attracts righteousness, honour, and riches. I’m about to say something that will blow your mind because it shattered my mind when I finally understood this. But it got put back together much stronger. Listen closely.

Wealth, honour, and righteousness is a closer representation to God than without it. Wealth, honour, and righteousness is a closer representation to God than without it. Share on X

Did Israel really say that? Yes, I said it twice so you didn’t misunderstand me. I’ll prove it to you. But before I do, let me deal with the question.

What question?

The question I had when I finally realized this…

If wealth, honour, and righteousness is a closer representation to God, why am I not wealthy if I’m a Christian?

That’s the best question you can ask at that point. Because when I started asking that question, I noticed something. I looked at how much wisdom I was using in these different things that I was doing and the lights turned on because it wasn’t much in key areas. This is where the choir sings,

Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah.

Godly Wealth In Action

Let me give you an example. I used to be 45 pounds heavier.Israel Ikhinmwin March 2019Then I used the wisdom in the Bible to lose the fat. I wrote about this before here.

Israel Ikhinmwin smiling (Proverbs 24 13 in action)My physical body’s wealthier, more honourable, and more righteous now than it was then because of the wisdom I used.

If my body is healthier, no one can see me and think, “This guy says he’s Christian but he’s a glutton.”

But they could’ve seen that before and would’ve been right. No one would come and ask me how to get in shape or lose fat. But people started asking me after. It’s a fact you live longer on average if you are not overweight. That’s wealth.

This applies in every area of your life. Start pursuing & applying the wisdom, and things must change.

I was a Christian then. I’m not trying to be mean, or look down on you. I’m sharing with you the wisdom that changed, and is changing my life every day. And this wisdom would be the same for you too. If you let it.

God Doesn’t Change

The game has been the same from the beginning. God started the people with wealth, honour, and righteousness in Genesis (in the Garden of Eden). God ends everything with the people in wealth, honour, and righteousness in heaven. From the beginning of the book, to the end of the book is to have you in a position of wealth, righteousness, and honour.

But not yours!

I’ll talk about that more in a minute. There are always temporary exceptions. But the great thing about exceptions is, they are only exceptions. They’re not the norm. So I don’t take ownership of exceptions. I expect and believe the norm is for me.

The only way to find this out though is to start applying wisdom. You must play the game.

Think about this…If wisdom draws righteousness, riches, and honour, the one with the most wisdom has the most wealth. And the person with the most wisdom and wealth wins.

Now this is the gazillion, infinite amount of money question…

Who has the most wisdom?

Use God’s Eternal Wisdom

This is why wealth, honour, and righteousness is a closer representation to God, because wisdom comes from God. So wealth, honour, and righteousness get drawn to wisdom. wealth is a God thing, honour is a God thing, and that’s why the riches are long-lasting riches and not riches that just come and go. Because long-lasting riches are a God thing.

This is why God continues to shine through the ages of time but will never fade away. It’s because wisdom comes from Him. No matter how much people fight against God and try to remove Him, He’s still here. He’s eternal. He ain’t going nowhere. We are.

I don’t want riches that expire. I want riches that last forever. And the only person that can give me this is the one who the Bible says, owns the silver and gold. And that’s why drinking honey is the key to unlimited money.

It drives you right to God, the only person who can give you it.

Use God’s wisdom in everything. Then wait and see how riches, honour, and righteousness come.

But this does pose a big question.

Why are so many of God’s people poor and many evil people rich? That’s a good question, right?

One reason is many of God’s people are afraid to be who they’re created to be. I talk about that in my article on overcoming imposter syndrome. So read that next.

Go Win And God Bless.
