I was listening to something recently and the theme of he message was creating a new story. One of the examples was how often do you pick a film to watch and you always basically go through the same archive of films and pick the same films over, and over and over again. I find that to be true in myself on some levels and this is something I am looking to address.

The bigger problem behind this is people do this widely in life.

Q. How many times do you get paid a year and complain without making a decision to make change?

Q. How many times do you have the same arguments with a partner or parent?

Q. How many times do you keep going to the same places and not trying anything new?

Q. How many times do you pick the same foods?

What you are doing is consistency, however some of these things are negative. You have the formula right, but the way in which you are going in some are wrong.

Imagine driving down a train track the wrong way, ultimately you are going to crash. Going the same way as the train keeps you on track. Focus usually is not a problem, direction is mainly.
